This policy explains what data the Service collects and what happens to it.
1. What we collect
- Birth data: date, time, city, and gender, as entered by you. Used to calculate the chart.
- Chart records: the calculated chart, the analysis, and any generated readings, stored under a random identifier.
- Order data: on purchase, an order identifier and your email address, as provided to the payment processor.
- Technical data: your IP address is hashed (not stored in raw form) and used only for rate limiting.
2. What we do not collect
We do not run analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or third-party cookies. We do not require an account, and we do not collect names, phone numbers, or payment card details.
3. Payment processing
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy Inc., which acts as merchant of record. Card details are entered on Lemon Squeezy's checkout and never reach our servers. Lemon Squeezy's own privacy policy applies to the payment process.
4. Where data is stored
Chart and order records are stored in Cloudflare D1 (a managed SQLite database) in the United States. The site is served from Cloudflare's global network. Generated readings are produced by a third-party language model API; only the chart facts and technical prompts are sent, not your name or email.
5. How long we keep it
Chart records are kept while the private link remains useful. You may request deletion at any time (see below), after which the record and any readings are removed.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to hello@bazi.casa. Include the chart identifier shown on your result page. We respond within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
7. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
8. Cookies
We use browser local storage to remember charts you have cast and purchases you have unlocked, on your own device. No tracking cookies are set.
9. Changes
Material changes to this policy will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
