These terms govern your use of bazi.casa (the "Service"). By using the Service or purchasing a reading, you agree to them.
1. What the Service is
bazi.casa calculates BaZi (Four Pillars) charts from birth data and generates written interpretations of those charts. The calculations are performed by software; the written interpretation is generated with the assistance of a language model, grounded in the calculated chart and in classical Chinese texts.
2. What the Service is not
The Service is provided for cultural, educational, and entertainment purposes. It is not a prediction of future events, and it does not provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Do not rely on it as a substitute for professional advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you make.
3. Accounts and access
The free chart requires no account. Purchased readings are delivered through a private link tied to a chart identifier. You are responsible for keeping that link confidential; anyone with the link can view the reading. We do not operate a password-based account system.
4. Purchases and pricing
Prices are displayed in US dollars. Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy Inc., which acts as the merchant of record. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location and may be added to the displayed price.

6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
- Attempt to extract, scrape, or resell generated readings at scale;
- Interfere with the operation of the Service or attempt to circumvent usage limits;
- Submit birth data for a person under 18 without the consent of a parent or guardian.
7. Intellectual property
The software, site design, and written interpretation templates are our property. The chart data derived from your birth details is yours to use. Classical texts quoted in readings are in the public domain.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the reading in question.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your purchase.
